Reiki therapy aims to increase the energy within a person. Reiki believes someone with low power will be more easily stressed or sick. However, if the power is high, the person will feel healthier. When starting the treatment session, the reiki therapist will ask the patient to lie down on the bed. After that, the patient will be asked to relax and calm down.
Next, the reiki therapist will place his hands on the patient’s body or a few centimeters above the patient’s body to channel energy. The energy is aimed at specific areas of the body, especially those with problems. The therapist will also provide a gentle massage to stiff muscles. The channeled energy seeks to change and balance the body’s power.
This energy stimulates the body’s ability to heal naturally, reduce pain, and restore physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual conditions. When Your Chakras Are Out of Balance …
Our chakras are whirlpools of energy rotating like whirlpools in the form of funnels of multi-colored lights. “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word for wheel or disc. Chakras are like vortexes, like eddies, energy centers. Our body has seven main energy centers and many smaller ones. They are charged and recharged through contact with cosmic energy, which flows in the atmosphere, just as your home is connected to the city’s primary power source.
There are seven main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body and correlates with specific bodily physical ailments and ions. Each energy center also has our mental and emotional power. When we have a physical problem, it creates a weakness in our emotional behavior. When we release lousy energy from the body, we can release stiffness, discomfort, or damage to that area.
Blocked Chakras
Sometimes, chakras get blocked due to stress or emotional or physical problems. If the body’s ‘energy system’ cannot flow freely, it will likely create a problem. The consequences of this disorganized energy flow can lead to physical ailments and discomfort or a sense of mental and emotional imbalance.

Canang Making
“Canang Sari” is the traditional offering ritual made by Balinese women every morning in every Hindu household. Making these hand-sized baskets is a beautiful way to start the day.
Gathering and weaving ingredients is a quiet, reflective process and a natural form of giving thanks. The ritual offerings usually contain young yellow coconut leaves, flowers, food, and incense.
Pranayama
Pranayama teaches conscious breathing, which reduces emotional disbalance. So that we can breathe more balanced, calm, and deep, breathing in a fresh, natural environment will significantly help cleanse toxins in the body, replacing them with clean and new air. Breathing consciously works directly on the integration of mind and body.
Memory is the movement of breathing, and breathing is the movement of memory.
The breathing pattern is usually closely related to our emotions and state of mind. For example, how difficult is it to breathe calmly and deeply when worried?
