Hatha Yoga
Yoga is a connection between body, mind, and soul. In Sanskrit, Hatha comes from the prefix “Ha” and suffix “Tha”. “Ha” represents the sun and “Tha” represents the moon. Hatha is about finding the balance of body and mind. Hatha Yoga is the perfect yoga for beginners, who have low flexibility. The main benefit of Hatha Yoga is to increase flexibility, the breathing system, and emotion control.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Because our yin energy encourages us to slow down and go inward. The yogi healer will conduct harmoniously proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, by touching and moving the whole of your limb from the lower body to the upper body. Release your blockages under the healing waters of the waterfall
The 7 steps of the water healing process:
- You will learn to create Canang Sari (offerings).
- Then we pray, by knowing that the water is healing us as requested.
- Entering the Kereb Langit (cave), you have the opportunity to ask during the medication for pregnancy, and cure under the waterfall inside the cave.
- Then we will visit the temple Rambut Sedana (water blessing), to pray for a fortune, lucky life.
- Visiting and touching the first waterfall will balance the emotions of sadness, anger, and uncontrollable emotions, by screaming out loudly, or crying, as much as we can.
- While visiting the second waterfall, to increase happiness and glorify god's blessing. By clapping your hands and laughing out loud, as loud as you can, you activate the positive energy, which is available in your body.

Canang Making
“Canang Sari” is the traditional offering ritual, which is made by Balinese women every morning in every Hindu household. Making these hand-sized baskets is a beautiful way to start the day. The gathering and weaving of ingredients is a quiet, reflective process, and a genuine form of giving thanks. The ritual offerings are usually made of young yellow coconut leaves, flowers, food, and incense.
Pranayama
Pranayama teaches conscious breathing, which reduces emotional disbalance. So that we can breathe more balanced, calm, and deep. Also breathing, in a fresh natural environment, will greatly help to cleanse toxins in the body, replacing them with clean and new air in the body. Breathing consciously works directly on the integration of mind and body.

The pattern of breathing is usually closely related to our emotions and state of mind. For example, when we are worried, how difficult is it to breathe calmly and deeply? Or, when we are angry, our breath will be heavy and fast. When we are in a hurry, then the breath will be fast and jerky. When we are calm, the breath will be deep and slow. Conscious breathing will help the flow of movement. It helps us to focus on the present and the physical movements. Breathing consciously will help us, to be more focused, and fully concentrated.
